Do the burners of a boiler require maintenance by professional manufacturers?

A few days ago, the special inspection agency conducted a regular inspection of our company’s gas steam boilers. It requested that we provide records of the maintenance of the burners, specifying that such maintenance must be carried out by professional manufacturers with qualified personnel. I couldn’t find any relevant regulations I need an expert to tell me what to do.
Hasn’t anyone encountered a similar problem? We were inspected by the Weifang Branch of the Shandong Provincial Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute
