The comprehensive meaning is to select according to the standard, which must meet the concentrated load on the two lifting lugs (and at the top). Otherwise, it will be calculated as non-standard.
This conditional restriction can only be theoretical. For lifting small equipment, who will care about this angle. Whether the wire rope is long or short will affect this angle.
