Dimensions of the pad plate for saddle-type support foundations

This post was last edited by lucyghb on 2019-4-26 at 10:07. The width of that backing plate in the image is b1+l+30; I would like to ask fellow users what dimension the letter “l” represents ? ? It is already known that this l is the length of the kidney hole. I just noticed that the new version of the base pad is different from the previous one – the T-shaped piece and those two small round bars have been removed
l, look at the oblong hole on the sliding end. The old standard’s shims are a bit hard to understand; it took me a long time to explain them to the colleagues in charge of piping, and they also didn’t need them for the civil engineering work. So the new standard has done a good job of removing those things
