Does anyone know what kind of structure a self-tightening sealing washer used in toothed clamp connections has? How is it sealed? Are there any standards?
As shown in the diagram, compressed air is quickly introduced through port h before using the device, to ensure that a seal is formed by the gasket; it is sufficient for the pressure inside the gasket to be slightly higher than the operating pressure. Generally, it is not necessary; rod-type clamps can be designed in accordance with HG/T20583 for conventional purposes, or based on JB/T4732 for local stress analysis – no analytical design is required
