Test on intergranular corrosion tendency of stainless steel welded joints in containers

May I ask whether the intergranular corrosion tendency test is only conducted on the butt joints of the cylinder? According to the sampling method specified in standard GBT4334, cannot such tests be carried out on the fillet joints between the nozzles and the cylinder?
Looking at GBT 21433-2008 on the testing of intergranular corrosion susceptibility in stainless steel pressure vessels, it is required that intergranular corrosion testing be carried out for all weld evaluations; different batches of welding materials also need to be tested, and steel plates, steel pipes, and forgings must be tested in batches as well – it’s quite complex.
I studied the sampling and lotting requirements specified in GB/T 21433 carefully, but I’m a bit confused.
There’s nothing that can’t be done, right? It’s just possible to use butt joints instead of fillet welds, so there’s no need to do so many of them
