Questions about maintenance of cyclone oil-water separator

We have a cyclone oil-water separator in our workshop, model DYF-90A. This has been running for 9 years and will be inspected next year. Previously, the coarse-grained filter element and the manhole were only opened, but people could not get inside (the space inside the two manholes was very small and could not reach the inside of the tank). Does anyone know what else needs to be done to repair this oil remover, or does anyone know which manufacturer this is from?
