In the old version of GB150.4-2011, the following requirements were specified for post-weld heat treatment: 8.2.2.3 For carbon steel and low-alloy steel vessels used to contain media with extremely high or high toxicity. In the new GB150-2024, c) applies to pressure vessels made of non-alloy steel or low-alloy steel that are used to contain media with extremely hazardous toxicity (including pressure vessels made of composite sheets with a non-alloy steel or low-alloy steel base layer). For what reason has post-weld heat treatment been eliminated for equipment handling highly hazardous media in the revised GB150-2024?
It is in line with 3.2.11-（2） of TSG21-2016
