The device is complete and of good quality. (1) The quality of components, safety devices, auxiliary devices, and instruments meets the design requirements ； (2) The container body is clean, with intact paint and insulation layer, and no severe rust or mechanical damage ； (3) The container has a lining that is in good condition, with no leaks or bulging ； (4) There is no leakage, dripping, or seepage at the valves and various detachable connections ； (5) The foundation is solid, the supports show no severe rust, and the external pipes are in good condition ； (6) Complete, accurate technical documents with thorough technical archives ； (7) The container has undergone regular calibration within the specified period, and a usage registration certificate has been obtained ； (8) Regular calibration of safety valves, rupture discs, thermometers, pressure gauges, etc. Anti-corrosion measures for the inner wall: 1. Metal protective layer ； 2. Enameling, glass lining ； 3. Rubber substrate ； 4. Paint. Maintenance during shutdown 1. For containers that are shut down, especially those on a long-term basis, the internal contents must be completely removed. For corrosive media, they must be drained, replaced, cleaned, and dried to prevent their accumulation in the dead corners of the container ； 2. Keep the interior of the container dry and clean, and remove any dirt and corrosion products inside ； 3. Paint the outer wall of the container to prevent atmospheric corrosion. Maintenance of safety devices – Principles for installing safety pressure relief devices and pressure gauges: (1) Install a system-wide safety pressure relief device and pressure gauge on the pressure system or on two of the containers within it: In continuous operation systems, where there are two or more containers with the same operating pressure and pressure source, and the gas pressure does not increase on its own in each container. (2) Separate safety pressure relief devices and pressure gauges should be installed: ① If the pressure is generated by a chemical reaction of the medium contained therein ； ②The pressure of the medium increases due to heating inside and outside the container, and stop valves are installed on the pipes connecting the container to other equipment. (3) Pressure vessels for containing and using steam: ① If the maximum allowable pressure of the vessel is lower than the steam pressure of the steam boiler, it is not necessary to install one. ②Steam enters the container under reduced pressure; a safety relief device and a pressure gauge should be installed on the container or on the outlet pipe of the pressure reduction device located near the container.
