Our company’s design management system is formulated with reference to the Pressure Vessel Design Management System issued by the Chemical Equipment Association. In the design condition sheets, are the verification and approval signatures those of the client’s party or those of the design agency? ——Please, senior, give me an answer!
The condition chart should be signed by the commissioning party, right? The design documents, on the other hand, should be signed by the design agency
The design condition chart is proposed and confirmed by the client to ensure the adequacy of the design conditions； The design unit’s review of the design conditions is an assessment of their necessity. The condition diagrams (tables) are part of the design input documents, so they are signed by the designer. :)
According to the fixed-volume regulations, the commissioning party should submit a design commission letter to the design agency. The power of attorney is signed and sealed by the entrusting entity, and accepted by the design unit. The design condition diagram (table) is prepared by the design agency, but it includes the parameters that the user is required to provide as specified in the relevant regulations, and can serve as a commission order. Therefore, there must be both the user’s signature (indicating acceptance of the underlying data) and the preparation and review by the designer.

It must be signed by someone from the design agency; the client usually provides a commission letter, in which the design basis information is specified, and the design party fills out the design condition sheets based on this commission.
