The MAXON burner goes out during operation!

My company has a MAXON natural gas burner that ignites properly, but it shuts down after a few minutes of operation. This problem persists even after adjusting the frequency of the burner’s fan and the natural gas valve. The controller indicates unstable flames; replacing the flame detector with a new one as well as replacing the entire gas valve set did not solve the issue. The natural gas pressure is 40 kPa. What do experts suggest I do to resolve this problem?
Is it possible that this sensor simply can’t detect the flame at all? Have you measured this distance?
Our company’s burners are equipped with sensors for detecting ultraviolet light from flames, and the detection heads are from the Siemens QRI series
It hasn’t been used for a long time; it’s probably due to incorrect settings and feedback. Please send me the relevant information
I’m not asking whether the detector is damaged or not; I’m wondering if the space or location where the detector is situated restricts the propagation of light, which may cause the detector to be actually too far away from the flame.
The LMV51 has PID control functionality
We have considered this issue as well; we tried moving the ignition gun and flame detector to another port, but the results were still the same as before
