What is K in the AD2000 specification? How to get the value?

They both have the coefficient K. However, when I looked for the symbol description in the specification, I did not see K. Could it be that my eyesight is not good? Please help me, friends ； another question: What is the unit of pressure? Why are the denominators 10 and 20 in the film stress calculation later?
I’ll give it a try myself, and I seem to understand question 1.: The previous B0, I can’t tell in English whether it is the yield strength or the tensile strength. From the formula, f is the allowable stress, and K is the yield strength corresponding to the design temperature. Question 2: The pressure unit is bar, so the membrane stress denominator is 10 and 20. If the pressure unit is MPa, the denominator numbers are 1 and 2 respectively.
