The Platecoil is a pilot-scale static melting crystallizer with a typical processing capacity of around 200 L. It uses Platecoil crystallization plates as the crystallization elements; thanks to its special structural design, the plate spacing can be adjusted. Manufacturers can modify this spacing according to their own requirements in order to achieve the most optimal process conditions. This equipment is highly effective for the purification of wax, monomers, carboxylic acids, menthol, chlorobenzene derivatives, TDI/MDI, aromatic isomers, vinyl carbonate (VC), polylactic acid (PLA)/lactide, and tar chemicals.
