An earthquake occurred exactly during the hydrostatic test – the probability of that is incredibly low; it’s absolutely bizarre
The possibility of an earthquake occurring during a hydrostatic test is very low, so seismic loads are not considered.
Mainly, during an earthquake, the possibility of conducting a hydrostatic test is virtually negligible; therefore, by not taking seismic loads into account, the economic approach becomes more reasonable.
