Are there any written descriptions and photos of the manufacturing process for pressure vessel heads?
During the spin-forming process, intermittent measurements are required; once the predetermined parameters are reached, the machine is stopped for adjustment.
The two common forms are: stamping and spinning. Stamping is further divided into cold stamping and hot stamping. Stainless steel is mostly formed by cold stamping. Spin forming is generally used when the size is large but the thickness is not thick.
