Our company has purchased a sodium silicate mixing machine with an internal pressure of 6 kilograms. We need to install a pressure gauge at the outlet; the area marked in the diagram uses 6-inch cast iron components. We’re not sure whether these components can withstand such pressure. We’ve searched for relevant standards but couldn’t find any appropriate ones. How can we determine the pressure that these pipe fittings can handle? Or which standard provides tables relating to this?
Check the certificate for the elbow; it indicates whether cast iron is required, and generally it isn’t needed.

As a precaution, it is best to use elbow welding. A friend upstairs said that a root valve for the pressure gauge is also needed, so that it’s easier to replace the gauge if it gets damaged. :lol
