Liquid oxygen unloading problem

The company’s manufacturing process requires liquid oxygen, which is delivered to the site in tankers purchased from external suppliers and then unloaded into fixed liquid oxygen storage tanks. According to GB50016-2014 4.3.5, there should be no flammable materials or asphalt pavements within 5 meters of the liquid oxygen storage tank. The storage tank itself meets the requirements, but when the tank truck unloads, the distance it occupies will be within 5 meters. In my opinion, these specifications are intended for fixed storage tanks or tank farms; tank trucks should not violate these specifications

It refers to fixed liquid oxygen storage tanks, not vehicles. If it were vehicles, then their tires are still made of rubber, and the steel plates and wires used in vehicle bodies are also flammable in an oxygen-rich environment; there’s no solution to that, hahahahaha
1. The flange at the unloading port is also one of the potential hazards; it is recommended to place it at a distance of more than 5 meters from the road. 2. An unloading arm can be used, with hoses being used as little as possible
I would like to ask if there are any standards regarding the unloading of liquid oxygen, and whether it is mandatory to install an unloading arm in accordance with these standards
