Discuss the standard tensile strength

Is the standard tensile strength of metals measured over a standard temperature range, or at a specific temperature? If it is a range, what is the temperature range?
Take a look at the relevant standards referenced in GB 150
I have the same question. 100,000-hour fracture strength (RDt); if it doesn’t fracture after 100,000 hours, isn’t those 11.4 years wasted? The creep rate after 100,000 hours is 1% (Rnt); if the creep rate after 100,000 hours is not 1%, all these years have not been in vain. Even if many specimens are processed at the same time, it still takes 11.4 years. Does it really take that long to measure these values?
GB150 cannot provide basic concepts
Test values within the temperature range. Standards such as GBT228.1-2010 provide specifications; for the exact figure, it’s best to check the standard itself
