According to data from the Tianyancha app, China National Heavy Machinery Corporation (601106) has newly obtained an invention patent grant. Patent Abstract: The present invention discloses an integrated forging method for a pipe joint section equipped with asymmetric nozzles of unequal diameters. It belongs to the field of forging technology and is aimed at addressing the problems in existing technologies, where the manufacturing of pipe joint sections typically involves semi-integrated welding processes, which result in high risk factors, low first-pass success rates, complicated and time-consuming repair work, as well as significant deformation of the pipe joint sections. In the method of the present invention, the blank is compressed using an upper irregular cover plate and a lower irregular cover plate; the upper surface features alternately arranged upper protrusions and upper grooves, while the lower surface has alternately arranged lower protrusions and lower grooves. The ring band is divided into multiple nozzle protrusions arranged circumferentially along the irregular blank. By compressing the blank with an upper flat cover plate and a lower flat cover plate, a misalignment is created. After machining flanging pre-hole on the nozzle protrusions, flanging and punching are carried out to form an inlet nozzle, an outlet nozzle, and a injection nozzle. The present invention can be used for the integrated forging of joint sections with asymmetric nozzles of unequal diameter.
