Of course, the welding process can also be developed by a specialist. The general sequence of preparation is to first carry out the manufacturing processes and then welding, but welding must be addressed in advance – considering weld assessments, the welding procedures for different types of welds, the availability of welding materials, and the type of weld grooves, among other things.
The welding process is handled by the engineer responsible for welding, while the manufacturing process is managed by the process specialist. I don’t understand why the people in the factory upstairs think that it’s better for one person to handle everything – that’s complete nonsense. A welding engineer acting as a process specialist at the same time? ? It’s divided into two tasks, both of which fall under the technical department’s responsibilities; they are carried out by two people. The process engineer first determines the sequence in which the welds should be made, but if the welding engineer thinks that sequence is incorrect, the two people can communicate with each other to make the necessary adjustments
