High and low calorific values of fuel

Dear experts, I have a question: when calculating thermal efficiency, are there any reference temperatures and pressures required for the high and low calorific values of fuel? For example, the title on the image below
The table header in the screenshot clearly indicates that it is under standard conditions; the high and low calorific values are based on the calorific value of 1 cubic meter of methane under standard conditions.
This standard state is used solely to define the amount of fuel gas components, and it has no relation to the standard state or reference state used for measuring calorific value or enthalpy.
