How is titanium’s resistance to solid impact? Solid sodium sulfate, with a solid content of 35% and a temperature of 60–75 degrees. The pump bodies used previously made of PTFE were severely worn due to erosion by the solid material
It is recommended to spray the pump body; have it customized by a pump manufacturer.
The materials are fine; the manufacturing process must be guaranteed!
For granular materials, high flow rates pose a problem as they cause severe erosion. What’s important to consider is the hardness of the surface of the flow channel; low hardness leads to rapid wear
