Are storage silos made of corrugated steel or sheet metal like these considered for earthquake resistance?

How should such a support method be calculated? Should it be considered a leg, a skirt base, or a support bearing? I asked about the structure, and they said it’s not reasonable, but it seems like this type of structure is often seen.
