I would like to ask everyone: there is noise coming from the heat transfer oil furnace. It has been in use for a few months now – what could be the cause of this? If there is water inside, shouldn’t it have been removed already?
Light process media have mixed into the heat transfer oil; it is possible to check whether there is any process media in the high-level tank of the heater that uses this heat transfer oil.
If it’s a new system, there will be things like weld slag in the pipes that cause unusual noises; if there are no other problems, just wait for them to be filtered out through the filter screen
