1. If the CTPU for the tank bottom plate has anchor bolts, is it still possible to use a two-coat four-oil coating? How should it be designed? Or is it pointless to use CTPU for the edge plates of storage tanks that need to be anchored? Can I weld a waterproof layer onto the tank using galvanized iron sheet? 2. For the lower surface of the tank bottom plate, I usually use two layers of asphalt. However, since welding work is required on this bottom plate, it’s inevitable that the edges of each middle panel lose their anti-corrosion coating (whether due to overlapping or jointing), and this has led to leaks in several tanks. Is there any good solution? 3. For anti-corrosion treatment or pickling of the inner surface, it’s necessary to install scaffolding inside the tank, which is very labor-intensive, especially when dealing with the inner surface of the tank roof.
