The first 1,000-ton tower in the China National Coal Group Yulin project, which was constructed under the EPC contract by China Chemical Wuhuan Company, was delivered 3 months ahead of schedule. This 110-meter-tall and 1,200-ton structure utilizes advanced dual-tower washing technology, which helps to accelerate the overall installation process of the project. Recently, at the site of the large-scale factory building for the China Coal Yulin Coal Deep Processing Base project, the first 1,000-ton tower in the project – the shift gas washing tower – which was constructed under the EPC contract by Sinochem Fifth Ring Company – was successfully accepted and delivered three months ahead of schedule, thereby helping to accelerate the progress of the project construction. The tower has a diameter of 4.6 meters and a height of nearly 110 meters, making it the highest point in the entire plant. It weighs 1,200 tons, and its net weight exceeds that of 8 Y-20 aircraft combined; it is truly a \"thousand-ton behemoth\". As one of the \"twin towers\" in the two-tower washing technology for transformed gas + untransformed gas in purification units, it enables efficient absorption of impurities such as acidic gases in the process gas under low-temperature and high-pressure conditions. To ensure manufacturing quality and delivery timelines, the project team coordinated all parties meticulously; immediately after acceptance and delivery, the equipment was shipped to the purification unit area, while simultaneously proceeding with the tasks required to equip the towers. This approach enabled seamless and uninterrupted processing of all key equipment, marking the start of the comprehensive installation of equipment and pipelines at the project site. Next, the project team will continue to focus on achieving high-quality delivery outcomes.
