If the large-diameter standard takes 150 as the basic standard, then what is the status of HG/T20580...20585? Is it still necessary to retest the mechanical properties for pipes that are made as integral units?
If design documents (including drawings, technical specifications, or contractual agreements) are cited, they must be implemented
The GB/T150** standard is applicable, while HG refers to standards set by the Ministry of Chemical Industry; the name of the standard makes its purpose clear. The requirements of GB/T150 are higher than those of HG/T standards – HG/T standards can only have requirements that are higher than those of GB/T; otherwise they do not meet the regulations.
It complies with 2.2.1.3.1 of the 2016 version of the Solid Content Regulations; impact testing is also required. Steel pipes used for the cylinder generally meet the requirements.
That HGT six-in-one product indeed holds a high status; it can be considered the main reference standard. If the steel pipe used for the cylinder falls within the specified range of 150.2, it is not necessary to perform any processing unless it is a rear-wall vessel. If it’s not material 150.2, it’s not allowed to be used.
It was an industry standard set by the former Ministry of Chemical Industry; the requirements were stricter than those specified in GB/T 150. It is optional whether to adhere to these standards, depending on what the client requires!
GB/T 150** standards, and HG/T standards issued by the Ministry of Chemical Industry. HG/T standards are departmental standards formulated by the Ministry of Chemical Industry based on GB/T 150 and relevant large-volume equipment regulations, taking into account the characteristics of products produced within that sector; their hierarchical level is lower than that of GB standards. Generally speaking, HG/T standards require specifications that can only be higher than those of GB and relevant large-tolerance standards; any lower requirement would be unreasonable.
HG Liuhé adopts a very humble attitude, claiming to be a supplement to GB150. However, TSG21-2016 does not list the six-in-one standard as a coordinated standard; it designates its own GB150 standard as the preferred one. At the same time, GB150 lacks calculations for many special components, which is why it still relies on the HG six-in-one standard. This is typical: I treat you as my real brother, while you treat me as your cousin.
