Do you want to use the swing arm to lift the flat cover and open it? I roughly estimated that the flat lid of yours weighs several hundred kilograms, but I'm afraid it would be too laborious to rotate the arm: lol
Are you going to make a horizontal ceiling or a rotary ceiling? It is a bit difficult to open the vertical hanging cover of the DN600 manhole. If it is a horizontal hanging cover, it will probably be very difficult to open.
Could you please tell me first how many kilograms does it weigh? What is the nominal diameter of the flange? If the weight does not exceed 500 kg, there are standard drawings for davits. If the weight exceeds 500kg, it must be lifted by hoisting, usually with a hand chain hoist.
If the thickness of 50 is about 300kg, I think it is better to use tightening bolts.
