Can one enter through the inspection hole φ426X11? Can the float valve opening created during the processing be used as a manhole? Since the structural layout doesn’t allow for another manhole, can this be used as a makeshift solution, guys?
People of this build can enter without issue; generally, 400×320 is sufficient for entry:lol
There are manhole standards with a diameter of 400, which allow slender people to enter and exit; nowadays, 500 or 600 diameter manholes are more commonly used.

Those who are a bit shorter can get in. The manholes on many steam drums are relatively small. :lol
