Inspection: 1. After the product is completed, the production department issues a product receipt form. Once the quality inspection department verifies that the product meets the requirements and signs its approval on the receipt form, then the warehouse keeper can proceed with the acceptance process. 2. The quality inspection department reviews the products upon receipt, ensuring that all accessories are provided as specified in the design documents. 3. The product nameplate mounting plate shall meet the specified requirements. 4. The product quality certificate, the product release certificate, and the inspection certificate for the products under inspection must be complete. 5. When handling the warehousing and delivery of products, the manufacturing factory shall take the necessary protective measures. Delivery management: When packing the product components, a storage supervisor and an inspector should be present. Only after verification confirms that everything is in order and after signing off on the packing list can the box be sealed with nails and labeled. Paint protection: 1. The product can undergo paint protection only after passing various quality inspections conducted by the quality control department. The metal surface of the paint container must be dry; oil stains, oxide scale, rust, welding spatter, and other substances that can affect the quality of the paint should be removed completely. 2. The paint must come with a factory certification of conformity and meet the specifications outlined in the drawings; if it has exceeded its valid storage period, it must be re-evaluated by an inspection agency before it can be used. 3. The paint coating on the surface of the container should be even, without defects such as missed painting, bubbles, sagging, peeling, cracking, or flaking. 4. The quality of the paint on the container should be checked at the time of manufacture, and repairs should be made if necessary. Packaging, Handling, and Transportation 1. The overall transportation of the product from the factory and the relevant transportation regulations are specified in the contract. 2. The residues remaining in the container should be removed completely. 3. The pipe opening must be sealed with asbestos rubber sheeting. If there is a corresponding flange, it should be securely fastened together with bolts, with an asbestos rubber sheet placed in between. After the receipt and inspection of other products, any issues related to product quality or accidents that occur during handling, packaging, or transportation must be reported promptly and accurately to the quality and production technology departments.
