Recently, the first-stage reactor, second-stage pre-reactor, and second-stage reactor of the 240,000-ton/year naphtha hydrogenation unit for Tianjin Dechuan Petrochemical Co., Ltd.’s 1.2 million tons/year naphtha comprehensive utilization project, developed by LANSI Heavy Equipment, have been completed and are ready for shipment. Using naphtha as the main raw material, this project makes maximum effective use of naphtha through technologies such as hydrogenation and extraction, producing by-products including benzene, toluene, xylene, industrial pentane, and pentane blowing agents. The naphtha hydrogenation unit designed and manufactured by Lanshi Heavy Equipment features 3 reactors, with a maximum diameter of 2.2 meters and a length of 27 meters. Utilizing advanced fixed-bed reactor technology, these reactors achieve thorough purification of naphtha and an improvement in its quality through precise temperature and pressure control sowie a high-performance catalyst system. During the manufacturing process, Qingdao Company works in close collaboration with the R&D and design center to systematically analyze the key production milestones and challenges, and to formulate scientific production plans. The Qingdao company carefully plans resources such as facilities, equipment, and manpower, enforces strict safety and quality controls, strengthens oversight of the production process, and completes manufacturing tasks with high quality and efficiency. The Qingdao company stated that it will focus on its annual goals and objectives, make concerted efforts to overcome challenges, and accelerate the production of ongoing projects, thereby making new contributions to further boosting the high-quality development of Lanshi Heavy Equipment.
