3-party reaction kettle, without a jacket and equipped with stirring; should the legs at the bottom be of type A or type B? Type A requires welding, while Type B legs are made of steel pipes. I’m quite confused about this issue; it seems to me that I just act on impulse and choose whatever method comes to mind. Could everyone help me analyze this and advise me on how to make the right choice in practice? Thank you!
Is observation required during operation? Platform?
For a 3000L tank, the diameter is roughly around 1800. Generally, NB/T47065.2 is not applicable; instead, type A or type B as specified in NB/T47065.4 should be used. Type B is appropriate for cleanrooms
NB 47065: The 4-leg version is not suitable for equipment subjected to pulsating loads; it won’t work for devices that have agitators
This device is equipped with a stirring mechanism; it is advisable to use ear mounts or support-type brackets. Using leg-type supports may cause shaking.
