How should points be selected when measuring the wall thickness of convex end caps, and how can it be ensured that the measured wall thickness at every location is not less than the minimum forming thickness?
It is specified in Clause 6.3.13 of GB/T25198-2010. Article 6.5 of JB/T4746-2002 specifies the inspection location.
How can we ensure that the actual thickness in each area is not less than the minimum forming thickness? Are you trying to cheat?
Thickness measurement is a check of the thickness of the head; it can be understood as requiring that the thickness at any point on the head not be less than the minimum forming thickness. If you are from the inspection department, you can conduct tests in accordance with the standards for end caps; if you are from the user unit or supervision team, it’s fine to simply select a few samples for testing
If the arc transition area meets the requirements, there are basically no issues
