Responsibilities of management personnel: 1. Implement **laws, regulations, and safety technical standards; organize the development of safety management systems and update them as necessary； 2. Assist quality and technical supervision departments in carrying out safety inspections, and urge construction units to fulfill their obligation to provide notifications regarding the installation, modification, and maintenance of pressure vessels ； 11. Upon identifying potential hazards related to pressure vessel accidents, take immediate action to address them. In emergency situations, it is possible to decide to stop using the pressure vessel and report this to the relevant responsible persons in the organization ； 12. Establish a technical archive for pressure vessels ； 13. Correct and prevent violations by pressure vessel operators. 14. Managers shall hold the corresponding special equipment operator certificates as required. Operator Responsibilities 1. Strictly enforce the safety management regulations related to pressure vessels and operate in accordance with the operating procedures ； 2. Fill in records for operation, shift handover, etc. as required ； 3. Participate in safety education and technical training ； 4. Carry out routine maintenance, address any abnormal conditions that are detected promptly, and keep records of them ； 5. If potential accident hazards or other safety issues are identified during operations, emergency measures must be taken immediately, and the relevant departments of the organization must be informed in a timely manner in accordance with the established procedures ； 6. Participate in emergency drills to master the relevant basic rescue skills and rescue procedures for pressure vessel accidents.
