The material has a high viscosity; the annual processing volume is 4,000 tons, with a solid content of around 25%. Centrifuges are not effective in this case, as they cause the formation of flocs that interfere with the filtering process. The filter press also doesn’t work well; due to the presence of solvents, the use of plate and frame filter presses is not allowed on site. Do anyone have any good suggestions?
