Steel grades are not listed in this standard

Clause 3.2 of GB/T150.2-2011 stipulates that when steel grades not listed in this standard are used, all such steels except austenitic steels shall comply with the relevant provisions in Appendix A. May I ask whether “steel grades not listed in this standard” refers to materials that are not included in the referenced standards of GB/T150-2011, or to materials that are not listed in the table of allowable stress values in GB/T150.2-2011?
It should be a material included in the allowable stress value table specified in GB/T150.2-2011; otherwise, since there is no allowable stress value for that material, it is difficult to carry out calculations

Steel grades not listed in this standard are those that are not included in GB150. Allowances for later stages can use those listed in the **standards**, which refer to material standards.
It refers to GB/T 150; relevant material standards may be updated, but approval from 150 is required.
