Situations, characteristics, cause analysis, and preventive measures for special equipment accidents ； First, it is necessary to explain the overall situation of the accident, including the number of incidents, casualties and property losses, as well as the types of equipment involved in the accident. Second, it is necessary to document the characteristics of the accidents, such as which types of accidents occur most frequently and what their main manifestations are. Third is the cause of the accident; it is necessary to analyze whether it was caused by poor management, improper operation, or problems with the equipment itself. At the same time, corresponding countermeasures must be devised based on these characteristics and causes to prevent and avoid the recurrence of similar accidents. 3. Energy efficiency status and development trends in the design, manufacturing, and use of special equipment ； Energy conservation in special equipment is an important aspect of energy saving and emission reduction in China. The departments responsible for the safety supervision and management of special equipment must pay special attention to energy conservation efforts in this area. During their daily supervision and management tasks, they should integrate energy conservation initiatives into their work and make information on the progress of such efforts available to the public. 4. Other circumstances that need to be disclosed. Other circumstances that the department of the State Council responsible for the supervision and management of the safety of special equipment, or the department of the people’s government of a province, autonomous region, or municipality directly under the Central Government responsible for such supervision and management, deems it necessary to make public.
