As the title suggests: Under the new licensing rules, can Class D manufacturing enterprises produce pressure vessels designed using analytical methods? The old licensing requirements specified that for pressure vessels designed according to analytical design standards, the manufacturing enterprise must hold a Class A or Class C license.
I don’t think the new licensing rules or the list of special equipment licenses impose any restrictions; it should be possible. As a precaution, please consult the local special equipment inspection authority.

Which design method is used is the responsibility of the design unit; it has nothing to do with the scope of authority of the manufacturing unit, which only needs to manufacture according to the design requirements.
Logically, as long as the pressure and volume meet the production requirements, that’s sufficient.
There should be no restrictions. Analytical design is merely a matter of selecting an appropriate design method; as long as the pressure remains within the range for Class D pressure vessels (10 MPa), it can be manufactured in accordance with the design specifications
The draft of the analysis and design standards still includes requirements for Category A or C qualifications; it’s not clear whether this will be changed.
