The issue of pressing seams above and below the insulation layer

According to GB50126, the seams at the top and bottom of the insulation layer must be sealed, with a lap length of no less than 100 mm. How is this handled during on-site construction? If it is rock wool insulation material, how should the protective layer be installed after overlapping the seams at the top and bottom?
