As a type of special equipment, what does the owner’s entire management process and scope encompass for pressure vessels? The entire process from birth to death: from the initial design and drafting, through manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and routine maintenance, to eventual disposal

When someone asks a question, you can answer or discuss it if you’re interested, or you can ignore it or even block the message. There’s no need to give evaluations. I just typed a few words to stimulate interest in discussion. You’re being too picky and serious. If I were Newton, I would simply ask: Why do apples fall to the ground? Why do you even bother worrying about why I would ask such a stupid question?
