I would like to ask engineers how to calculate the length of the bolt extending into the reverse flange based on the design pressure and temperature, and how to determine the thread pitch of the bolt.

The number of bolts, bolt diameter and bolt circle diameter are mainly calculated by you. When the cross-sectional area of the bolt is met, ensure that the distance between adjacent bolts meets the requirements of GB150. You should determine the number first, set it out and take a look, and then adjust it. If there is a reference picture, you can make appropriate adjustments according to the reference picture.

Didn’t you use SW6 to calculate the flange? Just enter the data in it. If the bolt spacing you choose is smaller than the GB150 requirement, the software will prompt you.
Mainly, I also want to see the impact of pitch size. The bearing capacity of pitch 4 and pitch 5.5 is different. The calculation book has a minimum cross-sectional area and does not reflect the pitch.
Choose fine threads with small pitch and large load-bearing capacity.
