If the rated air output of the air compressor is 300 m3/min, how large can the subsequent compression heat dryer be? We mainly need to consider that we will install two more air compressors in the future, so it’s better to make the dryer larger at this stage.

It seems your requirements need to be improved; I didn’t understand your question. For example, the requirements for a “compression-type heat dryer”, the existing conditions, and the process parameters. For reference.
The outlet pressure of the air compressor is 0.85 MPa, with a dew point of -20°C. The order of priorities seems to be reversed; it should be the processing capacity of your heat-dryer that determines the configuration of the auxiliary equipment, right? Based on the conditions of the materials being processed, select the appropriate equipment. The appropriate combination of devices should be determined based on a balance between priorities. It is recommended to first select a suitable \"heat dryer\" from the market based on current or future development capabilities, and then determine an appropriate configuration by considering one’s existing equipment. It's just my personal understanding for reference only.
The air volume for both the dryer and the heat exchange equipment in front of it is designed based on two scenarios: the normal operating air volume and the total air volume required for increased production in the future. Or design it based on the current gas volume only, and select the air compressor according to the actual production capacity for use in the previous line
First, by adding production equipment, select the air compressor based on the requirements of the process parameters; once the air compressor parameters are determined, it’s then possible to choose the manufacturer of the dryer!
