Are the dimensions of ASME pipe flange standards exactly the same as those of ANSI pipe flange standards?

ANSI are the standards of the United States, while ASME are the standards of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers. One set of standards is for general purposes, and the other is for mechanical engineering； These two standards complement and draw on each other; for example, ASME’s standards for fittings are based on those of ANSI, as ASME is a member organization of ANSI. So these two standards are exactly the same in terms of size
I have used the ASME 16.5 standard before, but not the ANSI standard. Thank you :)
