Invite capable manufacturers to collaborate on the issue of leaks in trimethylsilyl cyanide condensers

The tubes and tube sheets are made of S30408; the heat exchanger fluid in the tube side is trimethylsilyl cyanide, while that in the shell side is water at 60–90 degrees Celsius. The temperature in the tube side is around 220 degrees Celsius. Welding is carried out using strength welding plus expansion welding, but after a few months, cracks appear in the welds between the tube sheets and the tubes. Changing to several different manufacturers has not resolved this issue of weld cracking. We are now inviting manufacturers capable of solving this problem to cooperate.
