Does anyone have a workflow card for manufacturing welding evaluation test plates or product welding test plates?

As the title suggests, has anyone tried using template cards for board circulation and production? Can you send them all? I have quite high standards that I can share with everyone.
I haven’t done it; why should it be transferred? It’s all done by a single welding engineer
