(3) The pressure pipelines in the “equipment system” can be treated as auxiliary devices of pressure vessels and registered for use in accordance with the regulations applicable to pressure vessels ； For those that are only pressure pipelines, registration for use shall be carried out in accordance with the regulations for pressure pipelines. (4) The “equipment system” shall be subject to direct application by the user unit for registration of use (except for simple pressure vessels and pressure vessels falling within the scope of 1.4 of these regulations), and there is no need to submit notifications for the installation of pressure vessels or pressure pipelines, nor to conduct installation inspections. According to the descriptions in the above documents, the design, manufacturing, and installation of pressure vessels and pressure pipelines in skid-mounted systems require relevant qualifications. Our company specializes in manufacturing complete compressor skid units. Among them, the pressure vessel is purchased externally, while the pressure pipeline is designed and installed by ourselves. Now, as required by regulations, it is necessary to obtain: qualifications for pressure pipeline design, qualifications for pressure pipeline installation, and qualifications for pressure vessel installation.
