Production requirements for ceramic wear-resistant elbows used in steel plant dust removal systems: These elbows use high-hardness, high-strength alumina corundum ceramics as their lining; they have a smooth surface and excellent wear resistance, offering a service life that is more than 20 times that of traditional pipes. The main drawback is that the ceramic pieces can fall off at high temperatures. Our company employs a patented fixing welding method to prevent the ceramic pieces from coming loose. Wear-resistant ceramic pipes and wear-resistant ceramic elbows can effectively solve the problem of wear, extending their service life to over 10 years. 1. The ceramic is made using high-purity, ultra-fine alpha alumina powder with a narrow distribution of particle sizes and processed via spray drying for granulation as the raw material; it is then pressed into green bodies through dry pressing, resulting in sintered alumina ceramics with a high density of the green bodies and a uniform particle size distribution. 2. A high-strength inorganic adhesive is used as a bonding agent between the cylinder body and the ceramic tiles; its thickness should be ≥1 mm. The adhesive must have stable properties and strong impact resistance, enabling it to function over the long term in temperatures ranging from -30°C to +70°C. 3. A raised-and-recessed interlocked ceramic structure is employed, whereby the ceramic pieces are fitted together in a 360° mechanical support structure through a unique mother-and-child groove design in the circumferential direction; the ceramic pieces fit tightly against the inner wall of the steel pipe, with a gap between the ceramic tiles of ≤0.2 mm. The edges of the contact surfaces between all ceramic pieces are designed to be conical, ensuring that the pieces do not fall off and allowing materials to pass through freely without any accumulation or blockage. 4. The specifications and models of the items, as well as the flow direction of the medium, are indicated in the middle outside of all pipes. Inspections and records shall be carried out, to serve as the basis for project acceptance. The acceptance process must involve representatives from Party A, and concealed works must receive approval through a qualified inspection certificate prior to being concealed.
