Titanium container platform

I would like to ask everyone: I have a horizontal tank with a diameter of 1400, made entirely of titanium. Now I need to create an operating platform; how should this platform be connected to the equipment? Friends with experience, please give some advice!
For a container with such a small diameter, if a top operating platform is needed, it’s better to create a separate platform that isn’t connected to the equipment; the four pillars of this platform are directly attached to the foundation.
They say there’s no space, so it has to be done on the device. The initial plan is to weld a pad plate, weld a reinforcement plate onto the pad plate, and then connect the platforms with bolts. However, titanium has low strength, and there is no experience regarding whether this method is feasible in this regard.
Operate the platform according to the design of a regular horizontal tank.
Titanium is quite expensive, so the amount available is likely not very large. It’s not suitable to use welded rib plates on the equipment to connect the ladder platforms; creating a separate platform won’t take up too much space, so there should be no problem with that.
The previous department allocated all the locations to the valve assemblies; in other words, they didn’t want to make any adjustments and instead shifted the responsibility elsewhere
The design process inherently involves adjustments and optimizations, and different specialties should coordinate with each other. But right now it seems to be a one-time deal – whatever happens, it’s done and that’s that; they keep the easy parts for themselves and pass on the difficulties to others, showing a true spirit of preferring to die rather than let their colleagues suffer. If anyone offers some opinion or suggestion, someone immediately steps in to criticize you for being overly involved. I really don’t know what’s going on now.
Agree with the view on the second floor. If the poster is concerned about a lack of space for installing a platform, they can consider options such as suspension or side support.
Communicate with the owner, explain the pros and cons, and get the piping specialists to make concessions.
