The “9·25” gas cylinder accident in Harbin: 1. A brief description of the incident. At 8:16 a.m. on September 25, 2020, Wang Mohé drove a white Foton van carrying 26 empty oxygen cylinders to a certain industrial gas company in Harbin. Upon arriving at the unloading platform, Wang Mohé unloaded the cylinders from the vehicle. Indirect causes of the accident: 1) Harbin’s certain industrial gas company failed to properly implement its safety production responsibilities; it provided inadequate safety training for its employees and did not enforce strict safety management practices. The company also failed to comply with the requirements of the \"Regulations on Safety Inspection of Gas Cylinders\" and other relevant laws and regulations, thus failing to ensure the safety of gas cylinder filling processes.
