Regarding the dimension marking of end caps

I would like to ask the teachers: Among the common notations used on end caps, which one, W.L. or T.L., denotes the weld line? Which one represents the head tangent? Where can I find relevant instructions or introductions?

It was mentioned on the 2nd floor. Also, are there no definitions for the English abbreviations in the project documents?
Judging from the context of the poster, they seem to be a student majoring in chemical engineering, just starting on the course project related to pressure vessels?

Can it be told from the context that I’m a recent graduate? Hahaha
Because students majoring in chemical engineering may not know what T.L. lines or W.L. lines refer to when they come into contact with them for the first time
I really am not; it’s because of my low educational level and poor English skills that I asked this question.
