I have a question: 1. For the heat treatment of normal equipment, should the thermocouples be placed on the outer wall or the inner wall of the equipment? 2. Overall in-furnace heat treatment? On-site heat treatment for large equipment? Segmented heat treatment?
Local heat treatment and overall furnace heat treatment
The entire furnace can be disregarded; for local heat treatment, the heat transfer in thick walls must be taken into account, and it is best to arrange heaters on the inner and outer sides.
